Presenters are responsible for the set up and removing their own materials. Each poster is expected to prepare their own poster and transport it rolled up in a suitable container. At the designated presentation time, all presenters are required to stand in front of them. The use of audio-visual equipment is not permitted.  Participants who have opted for "Optional Oral Presentation" will receive a separate email with details. The oral presentation is scheduled for November 1st at Room 322 or 323.
