Guidelines for Oral Presenters
  • The official language is English.
  • We highly recommend you prepare the Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) or Portal Document Format (PDF) presentation file in the 16:9 slide size. 
  • If you would like to use the FAOPS 2023 PPT template, please find the file here.
  • For oral presenters, you should submit the presentation materials at least an hour before the session at the preview room (room 334). 
  • Should you wish to use your personal laptop, we ask that you notify us in advance.
  • If you are using a personal laptop  it is necessary to bring your own adaptor.
  • The presenters are requested to be at your presentation room at least an hour before the session so that your presentation materials can be tested on location to ensure there are no issues. 
 
  • Assigned Presentation time 12 min: 10 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for Q&A

  • The Closing Ceremony will include the announcement of all awards, including Young Investigator Travel Grant Award, K-MEDI hub Young Investigator Award, Best Research Award, Samyang Best Research Award

    • YITG Oral Presenter: K-MEDI hub Young Investigator Award FAOPS 2023
    • Poster Awardee: Best Research Award FAOPS 2023

All award recipients who have been notified of their award should attend the Award Ceremony.
