Overseas travelers wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport. Visitors for sightseeing or transit with confirmed outbound tickets may stay in Korea up to 30 days without visas, except those from certain countries. Those who require an invitation letter to apply for a visa are required to complete the registration fee and submit an abstract. And complete the invitation letter form below and send the invitation letter to the congress secretariat. Sealed letters will only be sent to those who have accepted the abstract and completed payment for registration.
